Your Civil Litigation Guides

Personal injury claims and other civil litigation cases are complicated and require time, money and experience. If you are a lawyer or a law firm that does not typically take these types of cases, need someone familiar with the jurisdiction or find yourself stretched too thin to provide effective representation, we can help shoulder the burden. We are also experienced at taking complex or politically sensitive cases in communities where a local attorney may not feel comfortable.

Our legal team is battle-tested, and we are prepared to put our skills and experience to work for you.

David Barber, our firm's founder, has honed his trial skills through years in the courtroom, working as a county attorney, an assistant prosecutor and a trial attorney for small civil litigation law firms in Kentucky and the Louisville area. He has represented clients in trials in federal and state courts since 1994, with opposing parties ranging from individuals to huge, multinational corporations.

Beth Barber has continued to develop her courtroom experience ever since she was specially admitted to prosecute a high-profile murder case while still in law school. She has since tried civil and criminal cases in many Kentucky counties.
